Fair questions.
What does the free month actually mean?+
Your first month costs nothing. We ask for a card when you sign up so that your studio does not stop the day the month ends, and nothing is taken during it. You will see the date of your first payment before you enter anything. Cancel any time from your console and the next payment simply does not happen; there is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. Studios that joined during our founders’ preview are on different terms and keep them.
How does “give a month, get a month” work?+
Every studio gets a referral link from its Plan page. A studio that signs up through yours gets their first paid month free, and once they have paid a real bill you get a free month too. Your months are stored against your account and come off your next bill automatically. Nobody is being charged during the preview, so months earned now simply wait for your first bill. A studio can only be referred once, and we do not pay out on accounts that never become real customers.
Do my clients need an account?+
No. Clients book in a few taps with a name and a contact. Regulars can create one for their history and calendar sync, but it is never required.
What about no-shows?+
Take payment up front with Stripe and a no-show costs you nothing. Reminders, a cancel window you set, and a waitlist that refills the spot do the rest, and your insights show you exactly which classes and clients no-show most. Charging a card after the fact is on the list, not in the product, so we will not pretend otherwise.
Is there any commission on bookings?+
Not on bookings. Your monthly fee is flat per studio, there are no cover fees or per-booking charges, and nothing is ever added to what your clients pay. Card payments carry the usual processing cost: Stripe’s 1.5% + 20p for UK cards, plus 0.5% to us, both taken from the payment itself so there is nothing to pay separately. Bookings you take in person or by bank transfer cost you nothing at all.
When do the other venue types arrive?+
We are live for pilates and gyms today and building the rest properly, one trade at a time. Restaurants, salons, clinics and tattoo studios are next, and we will announce their pricing when each one opens. Tell us which you run and we will keep you posted.
Can I leave easily?+
Your data is yours. Export your bookings and client list any time, no lock-in, no exit fee, and we will help you move if you ask.
